PUBLIC WEBSITE
PRIVACY
POLICY.
This notice explains how STRAVIA handles the limited information voluntarily submitted through the public project inquiry form.
Information submitted
STRAVIA stores the information you enter in a project inquiry, including name, company, email, phone when supplied, project context, form path, submission timestamp, and required inquiry-review consent.
Optional SMS/MMS choice
When the optional SMS/MMS checkbox is displayed, STRAVIA records whether it was selected, the phone number supplied with that submission, the consent-text version, and the submission timestamp. A phone number does not imply consent, and a later form submission does not overwrite the consent choice recorded with an earlier one.
Use and access
Information is used for human review of a project inquiry and appropriate commercial follow-up. Public form submissions are isolated from the STRAVIA CRM; they do not create commercial records automatically. Access is limited to operational follow-up and records are not published through this website.
Choices and contact
You may reply STOP to end SMS/MMS messages when applicable, reply HELP for help, or contact contact@straviashell.com with a privacy question about a project inquiry.
