These Terms govern use of the STRAVIA public website and voluntary submission of a project inquiry.
Website use
Public website materials describe STRAVIA’s current positioning and are not a construction proposal, bid, commitment, or contract. Project scope, price, schedule, and contractual terms are confirmed only through a separate written commercial process.
Project inquiries
By submitting an inquiry, you authorize STRAVIA to review the information for human commercial follow-up. An inquiry does not create a Company, Contact, Relationship, Opportunity, bid, contract, or obligation automatically.
SMS/MMS consent
SMS/MMS consent is optional and is captured only when you select the consent checkbox on the Start the Conversation form. Entering a telephone number alone does not grant SMS/MMS consent. If consent is selected, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
